Hi a post from “Mar…..” on 29th July 2018 at 9.34am has yet to have a response.
There are many of us crafters who share her sentiment ie, have no desire to get involved in Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or other social media sites yet are disadvantaged from informative instructions regarding products and equipment purchased and sold on the Create and Craft website. We do would love there to be a simple all inclusive areas where we can check out “user” informatiom based on their experiences using the product / equipment. It is a shame that these social media sites are promoted as a means to “get to know” the product or equipment sold on create and craft and we are surprised that Create and Craft would expose it’s customers to such sites! If Create and Craft have something to say then why cannot they do it on the Create and Craft website, not link it to a 3rd party.
We look forward to receving a response.
